So I was need of a little retail therapy and was browsing around Boohoo. There clothes seem to fit me really well so I like shopping there to avoid the whole sending back situation!
To be honest, I just wanted to get a few things to add to my wardrobe that I could make different outfits with. One thing I new I did want to get was a smartish jacket for the days I have office meetings!
I decided on this eyelet sleeve duster in black which is perfect styled with jeans and a body suit or even a skirt!
I loved the sleeves! You can tie them in a cute little bow with some material through the eyelet hole where the elbow is. This is what sold it to me!
I was so excited when my order arrived and couldn’t wait to try it on. When I opened the plastic bag and got the jacket out something fell on the floor. It was one of the eyelets that had come off of the jacket 🙁 I picked it up and laid it over the hole to find the hole in the sleeve was too big for eyelet.
I contacted Boohoo’s customer service team on Twitter straight away with a photo and they got back to me asking if I thought I could fix it and if I could they could discount it down and refund me some money. I said to be honest, the hole is too big otherwise I might have been able to fix it. They said no problem, we can send you a replacement. I was so pleased with how they handled my problem quickly. I contacted them about 5pm in the evening and by 10am the next morning, my replacement had arrived.
Now that is what I call great customer service. Have you had amazing customer service from Boohoo or another retailer before?
